Order Processing

Order processing will not begin until we have received a confirmed order and full payment.

Repair Disclaimer

DCE Miner is not liable for any manufacturer decision to scrap or refuse repairs on a miner or its components. The client acknowledges the risks associated with the repair process. DCE Miner cannot be held liable for any loss or damage caused during the shipping or repair process.

All repairs not paid for will result in items being discarded. If repair costs are not recovered, DCE Miner reserves the right to sell the unit to recover costs.

User Comments and Feedback

If you send comments, suggestions, or ideas to us, you agree that we may edit, publish, and use them in any medium. We are under no obligation to maintain such comments in confidence, pay compensation, or respond to them.

Disclaimer of Warranties; Limitation of Liability
