Shipping Policy
Order Processing
We process and ship orders only after receiving full payment. For in-stock items, dispatch is typically arranged within 7 working days of payment confirmation. Once dispatched, delivery by courier generally takes 5-10 working days. Orders for future release units will only ship after the manufacturer releases and delivers them to us.
Future Release Batches
Release dates for batches (e.g., "April batch") are estimated by the manufacturer. DCE Miner has no control over delays, withdrawals, or changes to release schedules.
Shipping Confirmation
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details. It may take up to one business day for tracking to become active.
Multiple Shipments
Your order may arrive in multiple shipments or ship directly from facilities in China, Hong Kong, or the USA, depending on stock availability and shipping address.
Delivery Estimates
All delivery timelines are estimates and depend on courier and manufacturer schedules. DCE Miner is not liable for delays caused by third parties.
Shipment Inspection
Upon delivery, inspect all packages for any missing items, such as power supplies or accessories. Retain the box and packing materials in case of return. Any shipment damage must be addressed directly with the carrier, which may inspect the damaged item upon claim submission.
Expected Additional Costs

Power Cables:
All ASIC miners are sold with original Chinese power outlet cables only, which may not be suitable for use outside China. Customers are responsible for purchasing appropriate power cables. -
Customs and Duties:
- For international orders, VAT, customs duties, and fees are the customer's responsibility. Customers must be aware of local tax laws and handle customs clearance independently. DCE Miner is not liable for delays, damage, or additional expenses caused by customs issues.
Undelivered Packages
If a package is returned to us as undelivered, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. The recipient is responsible for return shipping costs, re-shipment fees, and any storage charges incurred.
Transfer of Risk and Ownership
Once the product is handed over to the carrier, ownership and risk (including shipping fees and Chinese import taxes) transfer to the customer. DCE Miner does not accept refund requests due to customs clearance failures.
