Each account can purchase a maximum of 10 units. Products require full payment; cash on delivery is not supported, and offline self-collection is not available. The retail price of the above products does not include shipping fees, value-added tax, and customs duties (if applicable). According to the laws and customs of your country/region, you are solely responsible for paying any unpaid taxes and customs duties. When placing an order, please ensure that all shipping information provided in the form is accurate in English, including detailed address, phone number, postal code, email, shipping agent, etc. We will directly send the information you provide to the shipping company. After submitting an order, requests to cancel the order, refund part or all of the order amount, or change the ordered products to different products or batches will not be accepted by ICERIVER. Products will be shipped from Hong Kong, China. For orders with full payment received by ICERIVER, shipments will be arranged based on a first-come, first-served principle. You are responsible for any customs delays or returns due to inadequate documentation. It is strongly recommended that you understand local customs clearance policies and prepare all necessary clearance documents in advance to avoid any clearance delays or unexpected fees. We provide delivery services through internationally recognized logistics companies such as DHL, UPS, etc., to most countries to meet customer needs. We are not responsible for the form of transportation. If the mining machines are returned to our warehouse due to tax issues, customers need to pay additional shipping fees. Once the products are handed over to the carrier, it is considered that we have completed our delivery obligation, and ownership of the products as well as the risk of damage and loss will be transferred to you. |
| Warranty |
A warranty of 180 days is provided from the date of shipment. If equipment needs to be sent back for repairs, contact customer service to submit a repair work order. ICERIVER only covers the return shipping costs for repaired equipment. The warranty only applies to the original purchaser who directly purchased the machines from ICERIVER. Once the mining machines are resold, the warranty will be the responsibility of the reseller. ICERIVER will not be responsible for any losses resulting from the user not following the provided instructions, specifications, and conditions for using this product or making functional changes to the equipment without prior consent from ICERIVER. |

If you need DDP shipping, contact online customer service. Without DDP country or normal Shipping, we help you to reduce your tax to making lower invoice.
Our product are Excluded of all value added taxes and customs duties sold by Apexto. You will be solely responsible for paying any outstanding taxes and duties as per your country’s law and customs.
Please notify us right away if documents are requested by customs as improper filing may result in higher fees and/or delays. We can provide some of the relevant documents.
Warranty & Buyer Protection
It is important to note that the warranty does not cover damage to the equipment due to misuse, failure to follow operating instructions, or physical damage due to improper operation.
